Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Empowering Humans LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Montana limited liability company, collects through https://michelleajones.com (the "Site"), our forms, texts, emails, Facebook groups, and online events, and how we use and protect it. Michelle Jones is an independent Celesty skincare and cosmetics consultant based in Billings, Montana.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact details like your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for a free resource (like our anti-aging ebook), fill out a contact or opt-in form, or join a waitlist.
Booking details like your name, email, phone, time zone, and any notes you share when you schedule a call through our calendar.
Messages you send us by email, text, or social media, and anything you share in our Facebook groups or online events.

Information collected automatically

Device and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, links clicked, and the website you came from.
Cookies and similar tools (see Section 5).

Information from others

Social platforms like Facebook may share basic profile information with us if you join our groups or interact with our pages, according to your settings on that platform.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

Send you what you asked for (like an ebook or event details) and answer your questions
Schedule and remind you about calls and events
Send emails and, if you agreed, text messages with tips, updates, and offers
Run our Facebook groups and online events
Improve the Site and understand what content is helpful
Keep the Site secure and prevent spam or abuse
Follow the law

We don't sell your personal information.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts:

You may receive texts about appointment reminders, event updates, replies to your questions, skincare tips, and occasional offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email michelle@empoweringhumans.com.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information

We only share your information in these limited cases:

Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website, forms, CRM, and texting platform (EmpowerSuite, built on GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), email delivery, scheduling, spam protection (like Google reCAPTCHA), and hosting. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
Celesty, only if you choose to place an order with Celesty. When you order, you give your information directly to Celesty, and Celesty's privacy policy applies.
Legal reasons, if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
Business changes, if our business is ever merged or transferred.

5. Cookies and analytics

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, measure how the Site is used, and, where enabled, measure our ads on platforms like Facebook. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site, such as forms or the booking calendar, may not work properly without them. Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to other sites, like Celesty, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). We aren't responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.

7. Independent consultant notice

Michelle is an independent Celesty consultant, not Celesty itself. Products I recommend are sold and shipped by Celesty; their policies cover orders, returns, and refunds. We don't receive or store your payment card information for Celesty purchases.

8. How long we keep information

We keep your information as long as you're on our lists or as long as we need it for the reasons above, and then delete or de-identify it unless we need to keep it to follow the law.

9. How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards, such as secure (HTTPS) connections and access controls on our tools. No system is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and data rights

You can:

Unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any marketing email
Stop texts by replying STOP
Ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information
Ask us to stop using your information for marketing

Depending on where you live (for example, under the Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act or other state laws), you may have additional rights, such as getting a copy of your data or appealing a decision about your request. To make a request, email michelle@empoweringhumans.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we'll respond within the time the law requires (generally 45 days). If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.

11. Children's privacy

The Site and our services are not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

12. Visitors outside the U.S.

We're based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the U.S.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above, and for big changes we may also let you know by email or on the Site.
